The product is delivered within 3 to 6 business days from the date of confirmation of your purchase. We depend on carriers to verify shipments to all national and international territory. International shipments vary depending on your country of destination, you should keep in mind that each country has different laws and VYSHNIAUSKAS has no control over possible import charges or taxes.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
After your purchase is confirmed, you will have 30 business days to make an exchange or return. After 30 days, NO returns or exchanges can be made. Please take this information into account before making your purchase.
In case of an exchange or return you must contact us by mail at info@vyshniauskas.com, to explain the procedure. If the exchange and return is for other reasons such as size, color, or personal taste, the customer will assume the shipping costs. It is essential and mandatory for exchanges and returns that the products are in perfect condition, keep the labels and invoice. Reimbursement will only be given if the reason for the return is attributable to a defective product or a shipping error on the part of VYSHNIAUSKAS.
VYSHNIAUSKAS will inform the customer of the address to which the product should be sent. The customer must send it by a courier company of his choice. The refund will be made within 7 working days after VYSHNHNIAUSKAS has received the product.
