VAVYMA S.A.S., a company incorporated and existing under the laws of the Republic of Colombia, with NIT 901.406.182.-4 domiciled in Barranquilla, Colombia ("VYSHNIAUSKAS"), is an entity committed to the protection of personal data and any information that can be associated or related to natural persons, determined or determinable (the "Personal Data"), to which it has access in its business activities. VYSHNIAUSKAS receives, collects, uses, manages, analyzes, segments, transmits, transfers, stores and, in general, processes Personal Data such as identification (name, ID, age, gender, date of birth), contact (telephone, e-mail, address), visits and financial information, consumer behavior, among others, information that may be obtained in the course and for the performance of its business activities.

The present Policy of Treatment of the Information of VYSHNIAUSKAS (the "Policy") is directed to the business partners, suppliers, customers, customers, employees, employees, contractors of VYSHNIAUSKAS and, in general, to any person whose Personal Data is being or will be processed by VYSHNIAUSKAS (the "Data Subjects").   • To provide users with the necessary information through the website and application about the products of the suppliers, in order to formalize the relationship of consumption of such products.

  • Staffing with third parties that are not service providers or affiliated or related companies VYSHNIAUSKAS, we will require the user's consent.

III – THIRD PARTY SERVICES

In particular, please remember that certain providers may be located or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than you or us. IV – RIGHTS

In accordance with the law, the Holders have the following rights:

  • Updating: Update the Personal Data contained in the databases of VYSHNIAUSKAS to maintain their integrity and veracity.

  • Revocation: Request the revocation of the authorization, as long as there is no legal duty or contractual obligation of the Holder with VYSHNIAUSKAS, the data subject does not have the right to request the deletion of his or her Personal Data.
  • Request: Submit requests to VYSHNIAUSKAS or the person in charge regarding the use they have given to your Personal Data.
  • Deletion: To request the deletion of your Personal Data from the databases of VYSHNIAUSKAS, provided that there is no legal duty or contractual obligation on the part of the Holder with VYSHNIAUSKAS, the data subject does not have the right to request the deletion of his or her Personal Data.

The Holders may exercise their legal rights and carry out the procedures set forth in this Policy by contacting the company by e-mail at info@vyshniauskas.com;  VYSHNIAUSKAS shall be responsible for responding to complaints, requests or claims in accordance with the provisions of the Colombian regulations on Personal Data protection and within the terms established therein.

V – AUTHORIZATION

VYSHNIAUSKAS will ask you for your express prior informed consent, when you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we understand that you consent to our collection and use of it only for that specific reason. We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or if you violate our Terms and Conditions.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you will know what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we can continue to sell products to you.
