VYSH Shipping & Returns Policy

  1. Shipping Information

Orders are shipped via FEDEX through an external logistics partner. Once confirmed, delivery time is typically 5 to 15 business days, counted from the day after the order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or Colombian holidays will be processed the following business day. Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

These delivery times may vary due to customs delays or local authority processes. During special events such as Cyber Days, Black Friday, or Hot Sale, shipping times will be extended and updated under the promotions section of the site.

 All duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

  1. International Orders

We ship worldwide. Please note:

  • Duties and taxes are not included in your checkout total and must be paid directly to the courier upon delivery.
  • We do not offer exchanges or store credit for international orders.
  • International returns are subject to return shipping fees and cannot be refunded for customs duties or taxes.
  • VYSH is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Please label any return as "Returned Merchandise" to avoid additional customs fees.

  1. Tracking Information & Delivery Process

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 24–48 hours for activation.

📦 For international orders, FEDEX will deliver your package to the address provided at checkout. The courier may contact you via email or phone to coordinate delivery.

Please ensure your address and contact details are correct, as we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

If your package is delayed or held at customs, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number for the most accurate updates.

  1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 15 business days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in perfect condition, with original tags and invoice.
  • Products must be shipped in their original packaging or a secure shipping pouch. No boxes accepted.
  • Final sale, discounted, customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returns requested after 15 days may be accepted only for store credit, at our discretion.

  1. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at info@vyshniauskas.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The items you wish to return
  • The reason for return

Our customer care team will guide you through the next steps and provide the return address.

  1. Return Shipping Costs
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to:
    • A defective item
    • An error in the order (e.g., wrong product or size shipped)
  • Customers must use a courier of their choice and provide the tracking number.
  • Please clearly mark the package as "Returned Merchandise" to avoid further customs fees.
  1. Refunds & Store Credit
  • Refunds will be issued only in cases of defective products or errors attributable to VYSH, processed within 7 business days of receiving the return.
  • The refund will be made to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs or duties.
  • If preferred, we can issue store credit for eligible domestic returns, minus return shipping costs.
  • We do not offer price matching or retroactive discounts on past orders after promotions begin.
  1. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please email us at info@vyshniauskas.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and all original tags.
  • Without this documentation, we may be unable to proceed with the return or replacement.

We’ll review your case and offer the best possible resolution.

  1. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are fulfilled. To request a cancellation, please contact info@vyshniauskas.com immediately.

If eligible, refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Our team operates during business hours. If your request is sent outside that window, processing may be delayed.

  1. Customer Responsibilities
  • Ensure all information at checkout is accurate.
  • VYSH is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs duties, or unclaimed packages.
  • Duties and taxes imposed by your local customs office are not included in your total and must be paid separately.
