If the exchange or return is for other reasons such as size, color, or personal taste, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. It is essential and mandatory for exchanges and returns that the products are in perfect condition, and that the labels and invoices are retained. A refund will only be given if the reason for the return is attributable to a defective product or a shipping error on the part of VYSHNIAUSKAS .
VYSHNIAUSKAS will inform the customer of the address to which the product should be sent. The customer must send it using a courier company of their choice. The refund will be issued within 7 business days after VYSHNIAUSKAS receives the product.
